Job Description:
Position Summary The Senior - Financial Reporting is a member of
the Corporate Finance department located in Mission Viejo,
California, which is one of several centers of excellence
supporting the Group Controller. The Senior --- Financial Reporting
leads components of the monthly consolidation as well as the
preparation of accurate and timely internal and external financial
reports and deliverables. In executing the responsibilities
required of this position, the Senior --- Financial Reporting
interacts with a variety of accounting and finance personnel
throughout the Company spanning multiple jurisdictions across the
globe. The Senior --- Financial Reporting reports to the Reporting
Manager. Position Responsibilities The Senior --- Financial
Reporting is a key member of the Corporate Finance team by:
Partnering with US, Australian, New Zealand, Philippines, European
and other finance/accounting Directors and their teams to ensure
timely and accurate financial data is provided in support of the
consolidation, management reports and external financial
statements; Ensuring quality and data integrity in the financial
information and reporting deliverables provided to senior
management and other users of the consolidated financial
information; Performing analytical procedures on financial
statement accounts and preparing relevant supporting work papers
for amounts and disclosures in both internal and external reports;
Preparing relevant consolidating journal entries in conformity with
US GAAP; Reconciling intercompany balances and properly eliminating
intercompany transactions in consolidation; A primary contact with
the auditors for the financial statement audit and quarterly
reviews; Responsible for researching and responding to ad-hoc
reporting requirements and requests, such as investor and CFO
inquiries, Irish statutory reporting requirements, bond offerings,
etc; and Play a key role in the preparation of US GAAP based
quarterly consolidated financial statements, the management
discussion and analysis, the investor presentation and other
related results materials that are issued to the Australian Stock
Exchange and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The
position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be

Quantitative Dimensions Decision Making The Senior --- Financial
Reporting makes decisions in his/her capacity as a member of the
Corporate Finance team to ensure accounting issues are identified,
communicated and resolved in a timely manner, and that ideas are
shared and solutions are proposed to improve business processes,
controls and procedures. Supervisory/Lead Responsibilities The
Senior --- Financial Reporting has no direct reports. Position
Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong
knowledge of US GAAP and a fundamental understanding of a
multi-jurisdictional consolidation process. Demonstrates
proficiency in researching accounting guidance and interpreting
accounting standards to form a view; Strong analytical skills, a
high degree of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to engage
with other team members in addressing a variety of accounting,
reporting and business issues; Unquestionable integrity,
credibility and character who has demonstrated high moral and
ethical behavior; An energetic, hands-on individual with a strong
bias for action, someone who is receptive to ongoing coaching and
development and who is dedicated to delivering outstanding results;
Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. A
good listener with outstanding interpersonal qualities and can
present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner; Ability to
manage multiple concurrent assignments to meet reporting deadlines.

environment; and Ability to travel ( Education/Experience A
Bachelor---s degree in Finance or Accounting is required; 4 years
of professional work experience, preferably including a senior role
in public accounting; and CPA license or CPA candidate is preferred
