Job Description:
WE NEED YOU!! This role for someone who thrives on being on the
positive side of every day! Our client is a dedicated and
specialized health center within the plasma industry. There centers
pride themselves in harvesting quality plasma in a pleasant
relaxing environment! Focusing their attention on donor safety and
satisfaction. This facility is seeking a goal-driven HR Generalist
to support a busy desk/ office. Within this dynamic workplace, the
right candidate will provide support for a wide variety of
activities of human resources including recruiting, administration
of benefits and payroll.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
? Posting & advertising open positions and assisting in recruitment
process at job fairs, job boards and colleges
? Screening, evaluating and recommending applicants for
interviews
? Draft offer letters
? Put candidates into background and drug screen process
? Participate in development and execution of orientation programs
and procedures for new employees
? Maintain HRIS system
? Process Bi-Weekly Payroll using ADP Workforce NOW
? Maintain employee file etc.
Job Requirements:
? BA in Human Resources or Business
? 2-5yrs HR Experience preferred
? HRIS (ADP Workforce Now Experience) preferred
? Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and
PowerPoint
