Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Audit Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure conformity with professional accounting standards and best
practices in accordance with GAAP
Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans to evaluate
internal controls and compliance
Document audit findings and communicate results to management with
recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
Over 5 years of professional experience in accounting and financial
reporting, preferably with Big4 audit experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Experience in bank accounting and financial operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for
Teams experience
