AppleOne is currently partnered with 2 companies in the South
Orange County area to hire a part time and full time administrative
assistant! Clients offer a flexible, casual atmosphere in a
friendly, team-oriented environment! Looking for at least 1-5 years
of related administrative or office support experience. Exposure to
accounting and working within QuickBooks is ideal but not required.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus!
? Provide high-quality administrative and project support while
successfully juggling multiple deadline-driven tasks.
? Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
? Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet);
? Detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
? Ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter.
? Ability to be flexible and organized.
? Ability to manage and coordinate multiple project assignments
simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Looking for someone with strong customer service skills who will be
engaging and personable with customers and go the extra step to
ensure a positive experience.
