This 73-80k-Newport- Executive Assistant/Account Associate

Highly experienced Executive Assistants. MUST have background/education in Finance.

Must be looking to further career beyond Exec Assist- you will be moved into account associate role with in 2 years, after learning company and culture. A+ candidates only- or you will not even be interviewed!

Initial Activities

-Travel coordination and Preparation

- Expense Reports

- Meeting Materials/Reports/ Client Metrics

-Coordinate client Meetings/ Calendaring

-Phone coverage/Client Service

-Special Projects

Eventual Activities

-Gather, analyze, and discuss market trends and data with colleagues and clients

-Analyze portfolio characteristics in the context of boarder investment themes

-Evaluate risk reports, perform attribution research and conduct scenario analysis

-Create customized client reports and respond to ad-hoc inquiries

-Draft internal presentations and prepare client- servicing materials

- Summarize and explain complex financial and economic concepts to educate clients.

Education-

4 year degree- preferred major in Business/Finance, Economics, or accounting .

Progress toward CFA designation is a plus
