Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director of
UX/Web Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the UX design, strategy, and execution for the marketing
website, focusing on revamping designs for improved signup rate and
customer growth
Mentor and develop the UX design team, elevating the user
experience on the marketing website
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to
communicate the user experience and design seamless web pages and
graphics
Required Qualifications:
10-12 years of experience in UX design or a related field
Extensive understanding of accessible web design and experience
with redesigning web experiences
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, and
experience with WYSIWYG website builders
Knowledgeable in mobile web, desktop web, and native design
nuances, as well as HTML/CSS/JavaScript
Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to drive
decisions
