Key Responsibilities
Design and evolve messaging and positioning frameworks to
differentiate in the market
Develop a content production framework and align marketing
activities with content themes
Lead and manage a high-performing team, establishing accountability
frameworks and success metrics
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in product marketing within a multi-product SaaS
company
Strong leadership skills with a focus on building high-performing
teams
Relevant experience in healthcare benefits is a plus
Experience in a rapidly evolving startup environment
Ability to translate complex product information into compelling
value propositions
