Job Description:
A company is looking for a Statutory Reporting professional.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements and ensure
compliance with NAIC regulations and SSAPs
Oversee the year-end financial close process and implement internal
controls over financial reporting
Identify process improvements in statutory reporting and support
business units with financial information requests
Required Qualifications
Experience in statutory financial reporting and knowledge of US
STAT reporting concepts
Familiarity with financial reporting applications such as SOVOS and
SAP Hana ERP
Leadership experience and ability to manage staff development
Understanding of insurance accounting regulatory reporting (SSAP
knowledge preferred)
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
simultaneously
