Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service
Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the
primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional
service and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
You will handle both inbound and outbound communications via phone,
email, and live chat, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone,
email, and live chat. Provide information about products, services,
and policies. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. Resolve
customer issues and complaints in a timely manner. Document and
track customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with other
departments to address complex issues. Follow up with customers to
ensure satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor
at all times. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time
and quality. Stay updated on company products, services, and
policies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Communication Skills:
