in a dynamic K-12 educational setting with a role designed for
experienced paraprofessionals dedicated to special education
services. This position is based in Ventura, CA, and offers the
opportunity to work under a contract for the school year. Key
Qualifications: Fully credentialed paraprofessional status is a
must. At least 2 full years of hands-on experience as a school
paraprofessional, Behavioral Technician (BT), Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT), or a closely related role. Extensive special
education experience is required without exception. Flexibility to
support any age group or caseload within the K-12 spectrum.
Willingness to assist with toileting and diapering care as needed.
Punctuality is essential, with strict adherence to signing in and
out to ensure proper recording of hours worked. Location: Ventura,
California. Primary Responsibilities: Provide assistance and
support to students with special needs across various age groups.
Collaborate with teaching staff to implement educational and
behavioral plans. Monitor and report on student progress through
accurate timesheets and documentation. Maintain confidentiality and
professional standards at all times. Adapt to diverse classroom
