Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in
Lakewood, WA, serving students from kindergarten through 12th
grade. This onsite role offers an engaging and impactful
opportunity to work directly with a diverse student population in a
supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide
comprehensive speech-language pathology services to a caseload of
45-50 students ranging from K-12. Conduct assessments, develop
individualized treatment plans, and deliver effective
interventions. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other
professionals to support students' communication needs. Maintain
accurate documentation and comply with school district regulations
and state requirements. Qualifications: Valid Washington State SLP
license or willingness to obtain licensure. Certification of
Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Must be fingerprinted through
the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) or
willing to complete fingerprinting. Experience working in
school-based settings is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and
organizational skills to manage caseload effectively. Location:
This position is onsite in Lakewood, WA. Candidates must be able to
work in person; virtual candidates will not be considered. Contract
Details: Full-time contract from ASAP through June 12, 2026. 37.5
