• BonusJob DetailsJob Details:Responsibilities:As a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:1. Supervising and leading a team of maintenance mechanics to ensure the smooth operation of all manufacturing equipment and machinery.2. Developing and implementing a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.3. Coordinating and scheduling work orders, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.4. Ordering and managing parts inventory to ensure the uninterrupted operation of all machinery.5. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues with conveyor systems, water pumps, cone and jaw crushers, elevators, pneumatic systems, hoists, cranes, and ball mills.6. Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.7. Managing the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.8. Training and mentoring team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.2. Proven experience in managing and maintaining conveyor systems, water pumps, cone and jaw crushers, elevators, pneumatic systems, hoists, cranes, and ball mills.3. Strong knowledge of aggregate and quarry processing.4. Excellent troubleshooting and repairing skills.5. Demonstrated experience in preventive maintenance scheduling.6. Proficiency in managing work orders and ordering parts.7. Solid leadership and team management skills.8. Strong budgeting and financial management skills.9. Exceptional supervisory skills, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.11.
