• Employment Type: TravelThe position would be for either an RN or SW CM who is well-versed in discharge planning. The traveler will cover inpatient floors. The majority of the time, the traveler's hours will be 8a-4:30pm but there may be a need on occasion where we will need the traveler to cover our PM SW, who works 2p-10:30pm. The traveler will need to be agreeable to traveling, as we have 2 campuses and there may be a need for the traveler to go from one campus to another (although that scenario would be rare). The second campus is the Providence Mission Hospital Laguna Beach - Case Management There will also be weekend requirements, depending on the staffing needs of the department at that time.#Tier3 Travel Compliance***** ALL travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a given state. travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.*****If required for the assignment, Client agrees to supply Providers with communication devices (i.e. cell phone, pager, etc.) needed to perform the duties as assigned at no cost to Provider or Agency. If Client does not provide a mobile phone required for the assignment, Client agrees to pay Agency monthly, for all work-related cell phone use by each Provider, up to a maximum amount of *** as invoiced by Agency.
