Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Channel Manager, Outdoor - Hardware, Commercial & Industrial, to lead strategic marketing activities and drive growth within the Hardware, Commercial & Industrial channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate strategic marketing activities for the Outdoor portfolio within Hardware, Commercial & Industrial channels
Lead cross-functional work to develop growth initiatives, including product, merchandising, and promotion strategies
Analyze and track market data, inventory, and competitive landscapes to make data-driven decisions and drive sales and profitability

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of eight plus (8+) years of Product, Sales and/or Marketing experience within the Retail space
Solid analytical skills with a strong understanding of key business and financial metrics
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving and commitment to excellence
Project management, collaboration, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other ERP Systems
