Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:

Developing benefits strategy and overseeing program design for all countries within the Americas region
Leading the design and delivery of comprehensive health & welfare, retirement, and leave programs
Managing benefits broker and consulting relationships to optimize costs

Required Qualifications:

10-12 years of HR experience with a focus on benefits in a global organization
Deep expertise in US benefits, including self-insured medical plans and disability management
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
Working knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements related to benefits administration
Proven ability to prioritize and complete assignments independently in a complex environment
