Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall operations and performance of assigned contracts,
including P&L, quality, and compliance
Provide leadership and supervision to assigned employees, setting
goals and monitoring performance
Continuously improve workflow and processes to enhance
effectiveness and efficiency
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (advanced degree
preferred)
10-12 years of relevant professional experience, including
experience with health insurance and claims processing
Working knowledge of medical billing and coding practices
Experience in analyzing and resolving medical claims under federal
or state laws
5 years of management experience, including subcontractor
management
