Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Carrier Relations
responsible for supporting carrier policies, advocating for
customers, and collaborating across internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Carrier Relations to implement carrier policies and
best practices
Advocate for customers with North American carriers
Collaborate with internal teams to provide compliance support and
maintain documentation
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the North American A2P messaging
industry
Thorough understanding of North American messaging industry
processes
Experience working with customers to address compliance issues
Demonstrated track record of driving results across
cross-functional teams
Proactive approach to problem solving
