Job Description:

A company is looking for a Full Time Licensed Nurse Practitioner Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct oversight and supervision of an assigned team of Nurse Practitioners
Evaluate KPIs and formulate strategies to meet organizational goals
Assist in hiring, orientation, and mentoring of the NP team

Required Qualifications:

Current license in good standing as a Nurse Practitioner
2+ years of management experience overseeing a team of Advanced Practice Providers
5+ years of Nurse Practitioner Experience
2+ years of telephonic triage or equivalent experience
2+ years of clinical experience working with complex adult populations
