Director, Global Brand Management (Hybrid, LA) Business Unit:

A day in the life As Director, Global Brand Management, you will be
responsible for inspiring the enterprise to champion Guests and
Consumer needs and rallying the organization to drive forward
opportunities that will drive inflection for the business. You will
work with leaders across product, channel, and region to build
long-term plans that will drive short term and long-term impact.
And you will guide teams to deliver against the enterprise
priorities and plans.
- Lead the development of the 5-year brand plan for Collabs and
Partnerships, Casual and other categories to ensure alignment and
influence with 5-year enterprise plan
- Define and drive the development of global brand storytelling
moments and global brand code/guidelines/playbooks that bring to
life both brand and product philosophies for Consumers and
Guests
- Collaborate with product leaders to identify key product and
innovations to highlight in brand storytelling and when
- Lead the go-to-market planning process for Global initiatives,
from brief to concept development to media planning to campaign
performance; including reviewing and elevating the work at all
touch-points
- Define and own KPIs for global brand storytelling
initiatives
- Lead the investment/budget allocations across teams and
channels to achieve KPIs
- Inspire and mentor team of direct reports to deliver
best-in-class work and support in their development journey
Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience in brand planning, brand
marketing and/or brand strategy at global, multi-national
brand
- Must have experience in a collabs planning/marketing role or
team
- 5+ years in a managerial role
- Global experience, behaviour and mindset
- Effective and collaborative stakeholder across the
organization
- Expert negotiator, influencer and relationship builder
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in
a fast environment
- Ability to juggle changing priorities while maintaining a
positive attitude in the face of challenging deliverables. must

Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a
pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this
positionis from$155,400 - $203,900 USD annually; the base pay
offered is based on market location and may vary depending on
job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As
part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this
position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus
programand equity offerings, subject to program eligibility
