Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technology Support
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an IT service strategy aligned with business
goals
Drive continual service improvements and process maturity through
regular reviews and engagement with stakeholders
Manage and mentor the EUX team to foster a culture of continuous
improvement and professional development
Required Qualifications
7+ years of IT Service Delivery experience, with at least 5 years
in a managerial role
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field
Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g.,
ITIL)
Experience with ITSM tools for managing service requests and
incidents
Proven ability to manage and lead high-performing teams in a
dynamic environment
