Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for biostatistics and data science
functions
Oversee data analysis, ensuring high-quality databases and
compliance with regulatory standards
Lead research and innovation initiatives to develop new statistical
methods and product offerings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Ph.D. in biostatistics, statistics, or a related field
10+ years of experience as a Biostatistician in the biotech,
healthcare, or pharma industry
Strong knowledge of DNA sequencing technologies and bioinformatic
methodologies
Experience managing and motivating scientific professionals in a
collaborative environment
