Lead projects to retain and upgrade donors, managing timelines and
deliverables
Weave retention tactics into donor experiences on digital platforms
and optimize supporter interactions
Build trusting relationships with stakeholders and coordinate team
activities to drive fundraising results
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in fundraising at a nonprofit
organization
4+ years of hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools
2+ years of experience tracking and reporting on fundraising
metrics
Demonstrated interest in the media landscape and knowledge of
trends and best practices
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience
