Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Credit.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises and trains staff, conducts performance appraisals, and
manages work assignments
Manages credit balance inventory to ensure timely resolution of
credit balances and refund requests
Tracks trends for process improvements and interacts with clients
to provide updates and reports
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Finance, or a related
field preferred; experience may substitute for education
Four years of revenue cycle experience, particularly in Cash
Applications, AR, or Denials
Four years of experience with commercial, government, and
third-party liability insurances
Two years of supervisory or management experience required
Experience with EMR optimization and systems enhancement
preferred
