Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Director to oversee
various financial operations and improve revenue cycle
performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee credentialing, referrals, prior authorization, and claims
submission functions
Develop and execute strategies to improve financial clearance
accuracy and increase cash collections
Lead and train department staff while ensuring compliance with best
practices and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Master's degree
preferred
Minimum of 10 years' experience in a healthcare setting with
knowledge of Patient Financial Services
At least 5 years in a management position overseeing teams of 10 or
more
Proficiency in business software and experience with technology
transition/implementation
AdvancedMD EHR experience strongly preferred
