Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Configuration Manager to provide Configuration Management support for FEMA systems remotely.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare configuration documentation and maintain the Software Configuration Management (SCM) database and build plans
Develop scripts and automate processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of software build, integration, release, and deployment processes
Collaborate with development and test teams for code deployments into respective environments

Required Qualifications

BA/BS degree (preferably in engineering or related discipline) and 5+ years of experience in configuration management
Proven ability to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable configuration management
Experience with source code management tools and in a software development environment
Experience with Release Management and Git
Strong knowledge of high-availability, load-balancing, and failover configurations across application, infrastructure, and platform components
