Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of New Business
Implementation & Operations (Duals).
Key Responsibilities
Direct multiple business implementation teams and advise on
standard implementation models, tools, and processes
Serve as the primary D-SNP implementation leader for assigned state
markets and collaborate with the D-SNP Implementation team
Oversee the development of integrated project work plans,
schedules, budgets, and maintain standard implementation
organizational structures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; Master's degree
preferred
7+ years of health plan experience in various operational areas or
leading cross-functional implementation teams
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring,
training, and performance management
Knowledge of CMS and state-specific D-SNP requirements
