A company is looking for a Partner Operations Director to lead
and enhance partner sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Create and execute the global Partner Operations strategy
Develop frameworks for partner segmentation, performance
measurement, and pipeline health
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and resolve
operational bottlenecks
Required Qualifications
14+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue/Partner Operations
Proven success in building and scaling partner programs in a SaaS
environment
Ability to lead through influence and collaborate with C-level
stakeholders
Deep understanding of go-to-market strategy and partner sales
motions
Experience with Salesforce and GTM tools
