A company is looking for a Director of Policy Services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage departmental budgets and oversee process optimization for
non-financial transactions
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while leading
prioritization efforts for projects
Establish collaborative relationships to develop strategies that
enhance the client and advisor experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent
experience
12+ years of progressive business experience, including operations
leadership
Deep knowledge of life, health, and annuities with a record of
deploying innovative products
Experience leading teams and managing departmental budgets with
accountability for performance
Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and lead through
change effectively
