A company is looking for a Manager of Data Integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of data integration specialists, managing
performance and fostering collaboration
Design and implement scalable data architectures and oversee the
development of databases
Ensure data quality and compliance while collaborating with
stakeholders on data needs and integration challenges
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related
field
7+ years of experience in data engineering or integration,
including 2 years in a leadership role
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure
Synapse Analytics
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration
technologies like Azure Data Factory and Databricks
Knowledge of data security and compliance best practices
