A company is looking for a Remote RN Case Manager to join their
dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with clinical documentation and patient care
updates
Manage onboarding and training of per diem nurses while overseeing
client care
Conduct clinical consultations and maintain communication with
clients and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN licensure in New Jersey and New York
4+ years of experience in an acute care setting
Experience in home health, home care, and/or hospice
A bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
