Job Summary:
The Addressable Revenue Analytics Team, a subset of the Revenue & Yield Management Team, primarily manages the DTCs (Hulu & Disney+) reporting suite, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews, as well as key planning processes such as Annual Budgets, Forecasts, and Long-Range Planning. Our goal is to drive monetization by leveraging data to develop sales strategies and communicating these strategies across the organization. The team collaborates with Sales, Pricing & Planning, Operations, Finance, and Inventory/Yield Analytics.
We are seeking a Revenue Analytics Manager for Disney's Addressable Ad Analytics team. This role involves managing the forecast and analysis of the DTC Ad Sales portfolio to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the manager will develop requirements, evaluate scenarios, and implement scalable reporting solutions to measure performance against business goals.
What You Will Do

• Lead valuations and demand forecasts for Sales, collaborating with Finance, and communicate results to senior sales leadership.
  
• Manage analysts responsible for revenue analytics, fostering their learning and growth.
  
• Develop requirements for Sales data collection and reporting, creating uniform KPIs for real-time risk and opportunity assessment.
  
• Create new reports based on evolving DTC business needs.
  
• Oversee internal reporting, distribution, and communication within the Sales organization, ensuring data accuracy and insight effectiveness.
  
  Required Qualifications & Skills
  
  
• At least 5 years of digital media experience focused on revenue reporting, with 2+ years of management experience.
  
• Proficiency with ad serving and management tools (e.g., Operative One, MicroStrategy, Salesforce).
  
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
  
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills, with experience leading projects and cross-departmental initiatives.

  The hiring range in Santa Monica, CA is $124,900 to $152,500 annually, with compensation influenced by experience, skills, and location. Benefits include bonuses, incentives, and comprehensive health and financial benefits.
