• Certification Details
• - BLS
• - ARRT (Nuc-Med*) or NMTCB
• -ARRT Advanced cert (preferred)
  • Job Details
  • **Proof of flu vaccination or declination required. Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift. Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home**
  • **1st reference needs to be from specialty clinician is being submitting to (needs to cover 1 yr of employment within the last 3 years). 2nd reference needs to be from supervisor (charge or higher). MUST HAVE THESE TWO (2) REFERENCES PRIOR TO SUBMITTING**
  • - 2 years with 1 year recent experience in specialty
  • - BLS, ARRT (Nuc-Med*) or NMTCB
  • -2 References required within 12 months of start date. 1 Reference must be from supervisor. Charge RNs accepted.
  • - Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
  • - Epic experience preferred
  • Preferred:
  • -ARRT Advanced cert,

          • Additional Details
          • Any clinicians with signed declination must wear a mask for the entirety of their shift.
          • Clinician's that fail to comply will be sent home.
          • There are no orientations for this position, please make sure candidates are comfortable working at any and all facilities listed without prior training.
          • Scrub Requirements:
          • RN: Royal blue.
          • CNA: Black.
          • RRT: Ceil Blue.
          • All Other Professions: Any solid color.
