TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified NICU RN in Mission Viejo, California, 92691 Pay Information $2,446 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: NICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Guaranteed Hours: Experience: 3-5 years of strong Level III/IV NICU experience License: Must have RN license for the state in hand (no pending or temporary accepted) Certifications: BCLS, NRP, PALS Must-Have: BSN Preferred, Epic Documentation System experience Job Description: - Seeking a NICU MISSION RN for the day shift. - First-timers are accepted with 3 years of strong Level III/IV experience. - Floating required to PICU, Peds, Eating Disorder unit with a 6-hour orientation to these units. - Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. - On-call is not required. - We are located in a children---s hospital within a community-based adult trauma hospital. - Neonatologists are on-site 24/7, providing a range of care from prematurity to respiratory distress and more. - The unit specializes in developmental care and family-centered care, catering to a census that can swing from 8 to 16 patients. - Ability to handle varying diagnoses and acuity is important due to the unpredictable nature of patient needs. - Preference for nurses with travel assignment experience after gaining a solid base in their primary NICU experience. - The facility values progressive care approaches and upholds high standards in pediatric and neonatal care. - Candidates must be willing to work with a flexible schedule and are expected to engage in self-scheduling. - Familiarity with the documentation system is required and will involve completing certain modules during orientation. 27113320EXPPLAT Job Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS PALS - AHA Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam About Cynet Health Your travel nursing adventure begins here.
