Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outpatient Mental Health
Therapist.
Key Responsibilities
Assess mental health diagnoses and implement clinical treatment
plans and progress notes
Conduct 25-30 client sessions per week while maintaining accurate
documentation
Collaborate with the Clinic Director and team to identify mental
health needs and engage in community outreach
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in mental/behavioral health sciences or related
fields from an accredited institution
Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or associate licensure
(LAPC, LSW, LAMFT) preferred, or at least 3 years of clinical
experience seeking licensure
Experience with intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical
progress notes
Familiarity with various treatment modalities and experience
working with diverse populations
General knowledge of electronic health records and comfort with
web-based platforms
