Job Description:

A company is looking for a Clinical Coding Services Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and perform accurate medical record reviews for risk adjustment
Support process and quality improvement initiatives and conduct related training
Manage risk coding projects, including monitoring project status and completing chart reviews

Required Qualifications

Professional coding certificate through AHIMA/AAPC
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on medical records experience
5 years of experience in risk adjustment
Background in utilization review, quality assurance, or quality improvement preferred
Strong computer skills and high-speed internet access at home
