Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of nurse disability and behavioral health
consultants
Analyze data and trends to improve service delivery and implement
process enhancements
Provide training and development opportunities for team members and
manage performance evaluations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of disability claims experience
Current Registered Nurse license or licensure in Clinical
Psychology or Social Work
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of
experience in lieu of a Bachelor's)
Previous leadership experience, including staff development and
continuous improvement
Ability to read and interpret complex documents and regulations
