Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of evidence-based clinical
workflows
Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to interdisciplinary care
teams
Oversee clinical quality metrics and performance improvement
initiatives
Required Qualifications
MD/DO degree with board certification in Psychiatry; dual
certification preferred
Active clinical licensure in one or more states where the company
operates
5+ years of experience in behavioral health or population health
management
3+ years of leadership experience in a clinical program
Experience with managed care organizations and value-based care
models
