A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep

Key Responsibilities
Manage policy-related tasks including billing, member information
updates, terminations, and ID card orders
Provide accurate information on benefits, assist with prior
authorizations, and conduct provider contact research
Handle claims inquiries, status updates, and assist with claims
reconsideration requests
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
At least two years of experience in claims examination, health
insurance, or customer service
Solid understanding of healthcare terminology, including ICD-9 and
ICD-10 coding
Must be able to clear a criminal background check
Strong computer skills and ability to work independently
