Job Description:
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel

work. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. •
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months. •
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements: • Candidates must have a California license (required
for submission). • This role may require floating to additional
units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living •
Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. • 6 months between Staff at Program: Aya
Program - Providence Health & Services Pre-employment modules may
be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or

Insertion/Removal* Required Credentials: -Cannot have any
hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any point
in the past. -All positions at Providence Health & Services require
that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed
within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means
candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to
complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may
lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.

Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer
position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to
receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon
request. All time off requests must be submitted at application.
Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly
upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require
a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the
offer must be declined. 5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays:
11/27/2025, 12/24/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025, 01/01/2026. Number
of holidays allowed off: 2 2 references from last 3 years
