Description Sterile Processing Manager to oversee the Providence
Mission Hospital Sterile Processing Departments in Mission Viejo
and Laguna Beach, CA. This is a full-time position. In charge of
effectively and efficiently running the entire operations of the
Sterile Processing Departments, the backbone of Mission and Laguna
Beach Hospital O.R. The SPD Manager plans, organizes, directs,
coordinates, and controls all the activities related to
equipment/instrument decontamination, processing, sterilization,
and quality control. This position involves foresight and
determines priorities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of
department service without sacrificing safety, aseptic, and
infection control standards. Providence Mission Hospital in Mission

Qualifications: - Graduation from academic or military program in
Surgical Technology. - 5 years of Experience in hospital sterile
processing as Team Leader or Supervisor. - Upon hire: National

Upon hire: National Certified Endoscope Reprocessor - Healthcare
Sterile Processing Association Or - Upon hire: National Flexible

and Distribution Or - Upon hire: National Certified Healthcare
Leader - Healthcare Sterile Processing Association Or - Upon hire:
National Certified Instrument Specialist - Healthcare Sterile
Processing Association Or - Upon hire: National Certified
Registered Central Service Technician - Healthcare Sterile
Processing Association Or - Upon hire: National Certified Surgical
Instrument Specialist - Certification Board for Sterile Processing
and Distribution Or - Upon hire: National Certified Sterile
Processing and Distribution Technician - Certification Board for
Sterile Processing and Distribution Or - Upon hire: National
Management in Sterile Processing - Certification Board for Sterile
Processing and Distribution Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's
Degree in Applied Sciences. - Coursework/Training and Training in
decontamination, processing, sterilization, and quality control.
