Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Home Health role in
South Orange County, CA, requiring Oasis and HomeCare HomeBase
(HCHB) proficiency. Responsibilities - Home Health setting covering
South Orange County and surrounding areas - 5x8 hour day shifts
from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM - Patient ratio is 1:1 with up to 6 patient
visits per day and a standard of 30 productivity points - No
floating to other units required - One weekend shift required per
contract - No on-call responsibilities - Travelers are expected to
have their own transportation with occasional driving up to 50
miles - Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate - Uses
HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) for charting - First-time travel nurses
are not eligible for this position - Scrub color is not specified;
no standard attire required - Locals within a 50-mile radius are
accepted at the same rate - Mileage reimbursement is available for
work-related travel - RTO (time off) restrictions must be confirmed
with the hiring manager - Parking is free at the agency location
Requirements - Active CA RN license required - Minimum of 1 year of
recent skilled Home Health RN experience - Experience with Oasis
documentation required - Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)
required - Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required -
