Position Details: Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule; 4.5-day work week with flexibility in daily schedule and protected lunch/charting time Manageable call schedule with nursing support for triage Collaborative team of experienced physicians & APPs, as well as access to a comprehensive network of specialists Support for EMR tasks during vacation/time off Well trained, efficient support staff and dedicated on-site clinic manager Loyal patient base and excellent group support for building a thriving practice Use of EPIC electronic health record Compensation & Benefits: Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year Profit Sharing and Cash Balance Plans Physician Review for 401(k) Profit Sharing and Cash Balance Plans Financial Planning Review Eligibility for loan forgiveness to support financial well-being The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
