Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: San Diego, CA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $3,276 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Operating Room Charge Registered Nurse – California Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: San Diego, California Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) with one on-call shift per two-week pay period Highlights: Lead charge nurse role coordinating OR operations during night shift Level I or Level II Trauma facility staffed 24/7 with diverse surgical case volume Responsibilities include case coordination, staffing assignments, board management, and anesthesia support Epic EMR system utilized for case booking and documentation Dynamic environment managing emergency cases and coordinating with multiple surgical teams Opportunity to leverage leadership skills in a fast-paced trauma setting Requirements: Active California Registered Nurse license required Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum 3 years of OR circulating experience Previous OR Charge Nurse experience coordinating surgical operations Level I or Level II Trauma center experience strongly preferred Travel nursing experience preferred At least 2 years of recent specialty experience in Operating Room setting Why It's a Great Opportunity: This charge nurse position offers the perfect blend of clinical expertise and leadership responsibility in a high-acuity trauma environment.
