Summary: The Physical Therapist provides evaluation and treatment
to patients to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve
functional outcomes. This role delivers high?quality,
patient?centered care in compliance with California licensure and
clinical standards. Key Responsibilities - Evaluate patients and
develop individualized treatment plans - Deliver evidence?based
physical therapy treatments - Document patient progress and
outcomes accurately - Educate patients and families on treatment
and home exercises - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare
team - Maintain compliance with California regulations and clinic
policies Qualifications - Active California Physical Therapist
license - DPT or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy - Strong
clinical, communication, and documentation skills - New graduates
or experienced PTs welcome - BLS certification (required or
