Registered Nurse (OB/GYN & Labor & Delivery) – California Start
Date: March 9, 2026 Location: San Diego, California Compensation:
Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour day
shifts with call coverage (2–8 hour call shifts every 4 weeks;
30-minute response time required) Highlights: Deliver
individualized, holistic care to patients and families in OB/GYN
and Labor & Delivery settings Utilize the full nursing process:
assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient
care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality
outcomes and patient safety Serve as a patient and family advocate,
ensuring excellent and satisfying care experiences Opportunity to
work in a dynamic healthcare environment with call coverage
responsibilities Engage in patient education using adult-learning
theory and culturally appropriate interventions Requirements:
Active California RN license Current CPR and NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) certifications Minimum of 3 years recent RN
experience in a clinical role At least 2 years recent experience in
OB/GYN and Labor & Delivery specialty areas Demonstrated competency
in nursing process, patient advocacy, delegation, and
interdisciplinary collaboration Strong communication and
