Job Description Pharmacist in Charge – PIC We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure strict compliance with all state and federal regulations. Based in San Diego, this leadership position is responsible for policy implementation, audit readiness, staff oversight, and maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and pharmacy practice. This role provides leadership to pharmacy staff, maintains regulatory and audit readiness, implements policies and procedures, and ensures safe, accurate, and efficient medication dispensing practices. Qualifications Active and Clear Pharmacist license in California Strong knowledge of State Board, DEA, and federal regulatory requirements Experience leading inspections, audits, and corrective actions Proven oversight of controlled substances and diversion prevention Familiarity with long-term care and CMS compliance standards Interested in this opportunity?
