Join Our Talent Network DescriptionOversees the Nursing Staffing Office. Responsible for tracking and monitoring all nursing department clinical staffing patterns to ensure staffing at appropriate levels. In doing so, reviews unit staffing records, communicates with Clinical Managers and Directors in order to identify staffing problems and make recommendations to alter staffing patterns to ensure provision of effective, efficient, and safe nursing care. Maintains ANSOS database. Maintains communication between nursing units, mortuaries, Coroner, families, and Security for accuracy of records and disposition of remains.Required qualifications:

• 3 years Secretarial experience.
• Experience in health care environment.Preferred qualification:
