We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to enhance our team's capacity to serve clients effectively. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on meticulous attention to detail and possesses a proven track record in the litigation sphere.

Responsibilities:
--- Organize and manage electronic filings of pleadings and discovery documents.
--- Coordinate and manage case schedules and deadlines.
--- Propound and respond to discovery, handle document review, and legal research.
--- Draft legal documents such as subpoenas, complaints, summonses, and discovery requests.
--- Assist in trial preparation by managing trial binders, exhibits, and appendices for court filings, depositions, and trials.
--- Traveling with the trial team is periodically preferred.

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
--- Thorough knowledge of Federal and State court filing rules and procedures.
--- Exceptional research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
--- Ability to handle critical deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
--- A commitment to quality and a detailed understanding of case management.
