Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Contracts Attorney
to provide overflow legal support in the retail and apparel
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements,
including supplier and vendor agreements, NDAs, and marketing
contracts
Triage incoming legal requests and collaborate with internal teams
to determine escalation needs
Provide practical legal advice while maintaining accurate records
and version control during review cycles
Required Qualifications
Strong in-house experience in reviewing and negotiating supplier,
vendor, marketing, and licensing agreements
Experience in retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods
environments
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Business-minded approach with strong triage instincts
Practical understanding of balancing legal risk with business
objectives
