What You'll Do: This full-time, onsite role offers meaningful responsibility from the outset: Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Conduct and defend depositions Argue motions in court Guide clients through emotionally charged employment disputes Participate in courtroom preparation and proceedings You'll work closely with seasoned litigators and be mentored by some of California 's most respected trial attorneys.
